Traditional Champenoise Method Àrio is produced from the organic Manzoni Bianco grape, cultivated in a volcanic limestone and clay mixed soil. A bouquet of crusty bread and almonds. Crispy to the palate, with mineral notes to finish. Recommended in a pairing with risotto and fresh egg pasta.
