Àrio is produced from the organic Manzoni Bianco grape, grown on the volcanic slopes of the Euganean hills in a mixture of calcareous and clay soil. It has a refined and elegant bouquet with intense floral scents, fresh and mineral notes to the palate. Pair with white meat dishes.

Wine tasting and wine experience activities start at the Monte Fasolo Wine Bar in Via Monte Fasolo 2 – 35030 Cinto Euganeo, Padua, and continue within the selfsame winery buildings. The Le Volpi Winery is in fact located on the same site as the Monte Fasolo Wine Bar.
