Grappa from pure Moscato Giallo Fior d’Arancio grape pomace, obtained with a discontinuous direct steam system, in copper stills.
Wine-making: Grappa di Vinaccia Rossa is obtained by distilling the noble red grapes of the Euganean Hills – Cabernet, Merlot and Carménère – clearly expresses their aromas. Bright and transparent in colour, it has an intense aroma and a flavour reminiscent of red fruits and cherries. Montefasolo Grappa is made from pure grape pomace, obtained using the discontinuous direct steam system with copper pots.
Ageing: produced with pure marc and obtained with a discontinuous direct steam system, with copper boilers, from F.lli Brunello Srl distillery in the Montegalda plant (Vicenza).
