Grappa from pure Moscato Giallo Fior d’Arancio grape pomace, obtained with a discontinuous direct steam system, in copper stills.

Wine-making: Le Volpi Grappa “Fior d’Ape” is a single grape variety grappa made by distilling the pomace of Fior d’Arancio, the unique and precious DOCG of the Euganean Hills. Pure distillation of this aromatic grape variety, Moscato Giallo, gives this grappa its special delicate elegance. Featuring a bright colour and an enveloping aroma, it is soft and silky on the palate, with notes of tropical fruits and sage.

Ageing: produced with pure marc and obtained with a discontinuous direct steam system, with copper boilers, from F.lli Brunello Srl distillery in the Montegalda plant (Vicenza).
