Same special care, new product
From the heart of the Euganean Hills comes a product made from grapes grown in our vineyards, which embodies the essence of these surroundings in a new form: Colli Euganei wine vinegar. The vinegar is created from selected wines, like the Fior d’Arancio DOCG, and autochthonous grape musts, fermented slowly by natural methods. Matured for a lengthy period, the product acquires an elegant bouquet, a clear colour and a harmonious flavour.
Alongside the Fior d’Ape version, we offer a selection of natural condiments, made from cooked grape must and enriched with fruit juices such as cherry and fig. Each individual product is designed to enhance Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of originality.
