Traditional Champenoise Method Ero has a 36 month period resting on the lees in the bottle. It’s produced from the Chardonnay grape, cultivated on the volcanic slopes of limestone-clay rich soil. An intense bouquet of elegant crusty bread scents and hints of citrus. Fresh to the palate, with excellent minerality. Recommended paired with aged or creamy cheeses.
