Traditional Champenoise Method Fior D’Ape has a 24 month period resting on the lees in the bottle. It’s produced from the Moscato Giallo grape, cultivated in flaky, white volcanic limestone. An elegantly aromatic bouquet, with toasty nuances at the end. A clean taste with balanced acidity. Excellent when paired with fish and shellfish dishes.
