The product of an extraordinary vineyard deep in the Euganean Hills, our Carménère reflects the desire to celebrate a noble vine with a deep-rooted local history. A creation of singular structure and elegance, obtained by selecting the best grapes and ageing the wine for three years in wood, ultimately achieving a level of quality that spells absolute excellence. Each sip reveals the unique character of the terroir and the passion for an ambitious project.

Wine tasting and wine experience activities start at the Monte Fasolo Wine Bar in Via Monte Fasolo 2 – 35030 Cinto Euganeo, Padua, and continue within the selfsame winery buildings. The Le Volpi Winery is in fact located on the same site as the Monte Fasolo Wine Bar.
