Colli Euganei DOC Cabernet - Linea di Gi
8 Mesi is produced from the organic Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The vines are cultivated on the volcanic slopes of the Euganean hills in flaky red limestone land. It has a bouquet of red berries with spiced tones, and is pleasantly herbal and savoury to the palate. Excellent when paired with young cured meats. An unfiltered wine.
Grape variety: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 14°-16°
Pairings: fresh cured meats, young cheeses, grilled meat.
